The Eurotech Arcsis™ system is ideally suited for demanding mobile and vehicle installations. Due to its internal modularity and mechanical flexilibility expansion and upgrading is cost effective. Arcsis configurations are tailored on a project basis based on a customer specification. Arcsis optimally combines structural heat dissipation of the processor and power module and the stacking PC/104 system construction. PC/104 boards can be stacked in any configuration with the power supply mounted against the bottom plate and the CPU with a machined heat dissipation adapter on the top of the stack. Additional customer-specific electronics can be fitted above the CPU, immediately under the cover.

The DuraVis™ 3400 hardened military display unit is ideal to be used together with the Arcsis™ Central Unit.

Arcsis™ is a suitable system for an application that requires many PC/104 boards integrated together. Different configurations are easy to implement with minimal system redesign and engineering.

The use of a machined proprietary aluminum extrusion ensures overall cost economy without compromising ruggedness, sealing, thermal performance or modularity.

All Eurotech systems support the use of a unique "system monitor" that increases system operating reliability and safety. Internal operations are controlled by the intelligent system monitor. Temperature and supply voltage monitoring combined with system device management is autonomously handled by the "system monitor" microprocessor.

Arcsis meets the requirements of EN50155 standard; extended operating temperature range (-25 to +70°C) or (-40 to +85°C) as well as resistance to humidity as well as shocks and vibrations. An optional shock mount base is available for installations with high levels of shock and vibration.
