The Eurotech DAQ-1278 solves many control I/O interface problems on a highly integrated freely programmable board. Different fuctions can be attached to the 48 I/O pins by reconfiguring the board control registers. This eliminates the need for different types of low functionality digital boards in a sytestem. A low power high FPGA contains all logic needed to adapt your DAQ-1278 to different industrial control applications. I/O pins are fully programmable with alternate pin configurable functions . These include counter timers, incremental encoder interfaces, input masking and output pattern triggering as well as PWM outputs. Two non isolated power MOSFET outputs, sinking up to 2A of current, can be used for direct power PWM, relay or stepper motor control.

The Eurotech FlexiSet software configures the BASE address, IRQ and board I/O setup and stores it in a non volatile EEPROM.
